About heartful and always required song

Concert with participation of the State Symphonic Orchestra, choir and soloists has been held with full hall in Magtumguly National Music and Drama Theatre.

The subject about the value of human life has become the main theme in the first part of Sonata No. & by S. Prokofyev, which was passionately performed by Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Vladimir Mkrtumov. He has also played “Improvisation” by Turkmen composer Veli Muhatov.

Maysa Niyazov, whom we know as a jazz singer, has revealed herself to the public as lyrical singer. She has performed a song by A. Pakhmutova “Tender”, which seems like absolutely peaceful song.

Kakajan Haldurdiyev performed a song by A. Pakhmutova “How Young We Were” as if it was written about him and naturally, raised a storm of applauses of the audience.

Finishing the concert, Kakajan Haldurdiyev has performed a triumph song by David Tukhmanov “Victory Day” with orchestra and choir.

In his speech to the audience, Advisor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan Konstantin Shlykov has noted a powerful role of the song calling for patriotism, keeping one’s word and faith.

It is left to note this wonderful concert has been organized by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, the Embassy of Russia to Turkmenistan and Russian House in Ashgabat.
