At Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Centre, there are the rehearsals of musical-dancing performance, where Turkmen and American artists will take part in. The concert will be held on February 27 in “Turkmenistan” cinema and concert hall at 19.00, admission free.
Turkmenistan will be represented by the State chorus, the State ensemble of dance, the State symphonic orchestra, “Lale” vocal ensemble. Actors of music and dance group "Company E" have arrived from USA to our country. It is not their first visit to Ashgabat, group was numerous times participant of the USA Culture Days conducted in Turkmenistan. This time messengers of the American culture will also give a master class on a vocal, choreography, as well as learn about creativity of the Turkmen colleagues.
As the chief executive officer, director of the project Floor Emerson has noted the program purpose – is to acquaint Turkmenistan residents by way of the retrospective concert review with theatrical Broadway, its repertoire and the most popular musicals.
