In accordance with the list of priority events in the field of humanitarian cooperation of the CIS member states for 2021–2022, as well as the work plan of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for 2021, the Open Festival of Children's Creativity “Creativity without Borders” will be organized from July 20 to November 10, 2021. The VII International Competition “Creativity without Borders” will take place within the framework of the festival.

The purpose of the competition is to create opportunities for creative communication for children and youth, to identify new talents, to get acquainted with samples of national culture and art of various countries and to insure support for the development of children's and youth creative teams.

Participation in the festival-competition provides an opportunity to strengthen and develop friendly relations, educational and cultural interaction between children and young people from different countries, - the organizers of the international festival-competition note.

The competition is open to art collectives and individual performers aged 6 to 25, also remotely, including children's and youth creative groups from Turkmenistan.

The composition of the creative team should not exceed 12 people.
