Three test matches were played by the youth national football team of Turkmenistan (under 23) in preparation for the qualifying tournament for the 2022 Asia Cup, the matches of which will be held from 23 to 31 October 2021 in Jordan. During the first training camp, which was held on the reserve football field of the Ashgabat Olympic town, the youth team of Turkmenistan played twice with Akhal and once with Ashgabat. In the duels with the vice-champion of Turkmenistan, the "youth team" lost - 1: 3 and drew - 2: 2, and in the match with "Ashgabat" achieved a confident victory - 3: 0.

Today, the youth team of Turkmenistan begins the second stage of preparation for the qualifying tournament for the Asian Cup-2022. Within the framework of it, two more test matches with the clubs of the national major league are planned to be held on the reserve football field of the Ashgabat Olympic town in order to further review the candidates for the national team.

The 42-year-old famous football specialist Ahmed Agamuradov prepares the national team of Turkmenistan for the qualifying tournament of the Asian Youth Cup-2022, in which our footballers will play in Group F with teams from Jordan and Palestine.

Let us remind you that the winners of 11 qualifying groups and the four best teams that took second places with the best indicators will reach the final part of the competition.

In the final tournament, which will be held from June 1 to June 19, 2022 in Tashkent, Uzbek footballers will join them as hosts.
