In order to diversify the national economy in an era of power and happiness, to further improve the activities of institutions and enterprises in the construction and industrial sector, as well as to create favorable conditions for market relations in the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing the Balkan Career Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production to accept as a founder share participation in the creation of the Open Joint Stock Company "Türkmen Kaolin" with a 49% share in the authorized capital.
