The concert entitled “A Midsummer Night's Dream” took place in the “Turkmenistan” Cinema and Concert Hall. The professional stage hosted young debutants who are fond of vocals under the guidance of the famous singer, laureate of the Altyn Asyr State Prize, Bakhar Durdyeva.
The concert program was opened with the popular hit «You and me»” from the repertoire of «A'Studio» by Selbi Khaidarova, immediately setting a light and positive tone for the whole evening. Selbi Khaidarova graduated from a music school, majoring in violin, but the desire to sing turned out to be higher than music. She behaved very charmingly with great taste on the stage, gaining amicable applause from the audience.
The audience also won the sympathy of Marta Girets, Diana, Jeyhun Gurbangulyev, Alexander Kuvarzin. The guys sang about love, about peace, about friendship. They performed ambitiously, without any complexes. Each performance of the debutants was accompanied by a dance by the group «Dekrail» under the direction of Alina Gosteva.
The performance of the dancer Jeyhun Aga-Tagiyev perfectly fit into the concert program. The amazing plasticity of the guy from Mary contributed to his fame not only in our country, but also abroad. The audience greeted their favorite with friendly applause, and he once again charmed them with his dance.
The listeners of the older generation were especially touched by the dramatic performance of the duet Victoria Streltsova and Alexander Kuvarzin, who sang a song to the verses of Alexander Kochetkov «Do not part with your loved ones». Victoria Streltsova is a choreographer by profession, Alexander Kuvarzin is a computer scientist, but their love of singing led them to Bakhar Durdyeva. The performance of the duet sounded like a hymn to all loved ones, which would be better not to part ...
«My childhood dream has finally come true today», Alexander admits. - I dreamed of singing on a big stage, in front of a large audience of listeners. This is an unforgettable day in my life, which, largely, was presented to me and my friends by Bahar Durdyeva.
Bahar Durdyeva tells how the group of these singing people came into being:
- Some of these guys have been studying vocals with me for several years, others more recently. The idea to hold the concert on his own belongs to Jeyhun Gurbangulyev. Director Oksana Bagramova provided great assistance in organizing the concert. For me, this concert is also a debut, as well as for the guys, since for the first time I am acting as the leader of a vocal group. Therefore, the final song “The Wall”, which I perform together with all the participants of the concert, sounds symbolic in some way - the song is about how I can overcome the obstacle in front of me only together with my guys.
