Today, via the digital system President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to discuss topical issues of public life, consider projects and adopt some important documents.
Chairwoman of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh G.Mammedova informed about the activities for further modernization of the state legislative and legal framework.
Then the Deputy Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh K.Babayev informed the nation’s leader about the ongoing work. In order to further democratize the Turkmen society, provide legal support for socially oriented state programs, domestic and foreign policy of the country, members of the Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh and deputies of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh, together with specialists of ministries and sectoral departments, are working on the analysis of current legislation and its improvement, as well as on the preparation of new draft bills.
In the main financial plan of the country, it is necessary to provide for the adoption of measures to create opportunities for effective management of labor resources, solving employment issues, further improving the social and living standards of the population, the leader of the nation said. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of laying sufficient financial resources for the further continuation of the construction of industrial and socio-cultural facilities, the successful implementation of programs to increase the production of import-substituting products, export-oriented goods, and the creation of electronic industry.
In general, having approved the submitted draft State Budget, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a document on the direction of the country’s main financial plan for 2022 for consideration by the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh.
Having sent a document on the digital system to the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh, the head of Turkmenistan noted the need to consider the State Budget for next year and the implementation of the State Budget for 2020 at the next meeting of the National Parliament.
Addressing the Vice Premiers, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to conduct a detailed analysis of the main items of the country’s State Budget for 2022, as well as to determine the expected forecasts of GDP growth rates at current and comparable prices.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh .Abdrahmanov reported on the activities of enterprises and institutions of the fuel and energy complex, the program measures taken to increase oil and gas production. There was also information about the implementation of the tasks outlined in the “Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030”.
Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E.Orazgeldiyev reported on the state of affairs in the supervised sphere and seasonal campaigns being conducted in the velayats of the country these days.
A draft Resolution on the purchase of spare parts, wheels, lubricating oils and consumables for arable and row tractors of the John Deere and Claas brands, as well as John Deere combines, which are on the balance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, was submitted to the President of Turkmenistan for consideration.
Then the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Ch .Purchekov reported on the ongoing work on the efficient use of the country’s energy system capacities.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Ch .Gylyjov reported on the measures taken to improve the activities and structure of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country.
Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Mammedova reported on the state of affairs in the supervised sphere, and also submitted for approval of the head of state a draft Resolution “On the announcement of a competition for the Türkmeniń Altyn asyry award of the President of Turkmenistan among literary, cultural and artistic figures, amateur young singers and gifted children”.
Within its framework, it is planned to hold Yañlan, Diýarym! – a television screening of young amateur singers and Garaşsyzlygyñ merjen däneleri – a competition among gifted children. It is scheduled to sum up the results of the competition for the prize of the President of Turkmenistan in September 2022, timed to coincide with the celebration of the 31st anniversary of the independence of the Motherland.
After hearing the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on further perfecting the activities of cultural and media institutions in accordance with the tasks and requirements of the time, intensifying work to improve the professionalism of representatives of the creative workshop, identifying new talents. In this regard, the nation’s leader highlighted the importance of the annual contest Türkmeniń Altyn asyry and other creative reviews. Having signed the relevant Resolution, the head of state sent it to the Deputy Prime Minister for Digital Communications and gave a number of specific instructions on the implementation of the tasks arising from this document.
Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers S.Toilyev reported on the work to improve the educational sphere and raise the level of training of young specialists.
Draft programs and plans for special courses on international investment arbitration were developed to train young lawyers, at the suggestion of the Ministry of Adalat, together with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country.
Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov reported on the results of the working visit of the delegation of Turkmenistan to Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) held on October 11-12 on behalf of the leader of the nation to participate in the sixth meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the member states of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia (CICMA).
Our country takes an active position in the formation of a culture of peace and trust in regional and international relations, since in modern conditions these two concepts are key factors of cooperation and development.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch.Amanov reported on the state of affairs in subordinate structures, as well as on the work carried out to open new 8 fire safety points in the country’s velayats.
Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the work on the construction of a dry cargo ship at the Balkan shipbuilding and repair plant of the open joint stock company.
It was reported that a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country – an individual enterprise Hazar logistik, actively engaged in international cargo transportation, plans to build a cargo ship with a capacity of 5,300-8,100 tons at the Balkan Shipbuilding and Repair Plant.
During the meeting, other issues of public life were also considered, and appropriate decisions were made.
