VIII International Mathematics Contest «I solve problem» is opened for the senior high school students

The 1st qualifying round of the VIII International Mathematics Contest “I solve problem” is carried on for the students of 9-11 grade, and will be held in a remote format up to 8 November, 2021.

Those who wish to take part should be registered on the official site of the contest. Then they can tackle head-on the offered challenges. The 1st round includes eight tasks: three with answer options and five open tasks, 90 minutes is provided for their performance. The criterion for getting into the 2nd round is a quantity of correct answers.

Under the terms of contest, 1000 students will participate in the 2nd round, who gained maximum scores as estimated jury. The list of its participants will be published on site of contest on 15 November. The second round will be held on 16 November – 1 December in online format as well. This round will determine 30 best experts in “queen of science”, who will take part in the final third round. The winners of final, which will be held on 29-30 January, 2022, will be 10 persons – 5 students of 11 grade and 5 students of 9-11 grade.

The International Mathematics Contest for senior high school students “I solve problem” is an excellent intellectual platform, where an opportunity is provided to assert themself, essay and show off their knowledge.

The contest has been holding on an annual basis since 2013, and traditionally brings together thousands of participants from the Eurasia countries. For example, more than 6 thousand students of 9-11 grade from Russia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Belorussia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, India competed in the contest last year.
