Young talents on stage

A musical evening was held in the large hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva. Within the framework of the concert, students of the first, second and third years of the piano department, whose teacher is the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Vladimir Mkrtumov, performed works by composers of different eras and musical trends for the audience.

The evening was opened by a first-year student Kirill Lebedev. The pianist performed the invention of the classic of world music Johann Sebastian Bach and Etude in A-flat major, opus 72 No. 11 by Moritz Moszkowski. The next speaker Agadjan Amadov performed another of Moshkovsky's etudes and the piano solo “Perpetum Mobile” by Karl Weber.

Another young talented performer Arslan Nobatov, who, like Kirill and Agadzhan, is a first-year student, also chose to perform works written by Bach and Moshkovsky.

The next participant of the event, Erzhel Yagshimuradov, played three compositions for the public at once. The audience was especially impressed by the young pianist's performance of Felix Mendelssohn's Etude in A Minor.

Shaislam Kamiljanov also delighted the audience. He was to perform Sergei Rachmaninoff's Prelude in E-flat minor, and he coped with this task perfectly.

The following numbers were performed by second and third year students: Oybek Berdyev, Selbi Satmatova, Aziza Gayipova, Dilshot Abdullaev, Kabul Cholukov and Kuvvat Amangeldyev. Works by Beethoven, Schumann and Scriabin were performed. The audience greeted each performance with rapturous applause.

The final number of the performance was the performance by Kirill, Arslan, Agadzhan and Shaislam of the first part of "Symphony No. 104" by Franz Joseph Haydn.

After the end of the event, the freshmen shared their emotions. All as one, the guys admitted that they were worried before the concert. Slightly less worried than others Shaislam, who already had the experience of performing on the big stage with a youth orchestra.

Young pianists also named their favorite composers. For Kirill, Aghajan and Erdzel, the favorite author is Nury Khalmamedov. Arslan Nobatov, who dreamed of becoming a musician since the age of five, considers Chary Nurymov to be such, and Shaislam, who came to study in the capital from Dashoguz, named Veli Mukhatov.

Each of the guys, except Erdzhel, whose two older brothers and two older sisters are engaged in music, became the first in his family who decided to link his fate with music. After the pianists answered the questions of the site's correspondent, they thanked their teachers in chorus for the efforts that teachers put into each young performer.
