These days, the mass cultiural events and celebrations are held, dedicated to the the poem of oue esteemed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov «Ýaşasyn parahat durmuş!» (Long live a peaceful life!), which became a creative present for our people on the eve of the NewYear holiday. The ceremonial meeting “Gahryman Arkadagymyzyň berkararlyk taglymaty halkymyza ýörelgedir” (The doctrine of the stability of our hero Arkadag is a principle for our people) was held with music and songs in the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulieva.

The lecturers, student of the conservatory emphasized that it is celebrated the foreign policy course of the Arkadag President, based on the principles of peace-loving, humanitarian and mutually beneficial cooperation with all peoples of the world. The peace and stability of our country, the high standard of living of the population is a clear evidence that the high principles of the prosperous period of our sovereign state are implemented in success.

The efforts of the Head of State to highlight the importance of the Neutrality Policy in the implementation of the foreign policy strategy of our sovereign state in the prosperous period of our sovereign state are the doctrines that contribute to the development of our country in all areas, ensuring peace and security in the region.

As noted by the participants of the ceremony, the new poetic work of our esteemed President is a unique line of poetry that calls on the peoples of the world for peaceful development, the importance of ensuring stability and security in human life. It reflects the solution of important issues of today.

Political – legal level of the neutrality of Turkmenistan, which was recognized in the international level, is a national effort aimed at ensuring peace, prosperity and sustainable development not only in our country, but also in the region as a whole. Its importance is a foundation that will last for centuries

The fact that the speeches made during the ceremony coincide with the musical festivities is a clear indication that the events that are important in the life of our country are nourished by memorable moments, and that this principle has become a noble tradition under the leadership of our national leader.
