The choreographic performance consists of the group of twenty deaf girls. Bright costumes, harmonious music and skillful of dancers literally conquered the audience. The stunning stage performance was subtle and light with rich choreographic language. Virtuosic and philosophically sensible dance on Thousand-Hand Guan Yin carries a powerful life-affirming message, embodying the idea of compassion and mutual support.


In Chinese folk tradition it is popular a legend on good fairy Guanyin who help people. In order to lend a helping hand to all those in need, fairy Guanyin, according to legend, had to grow a thousand hands. She brought so much good to the poor Chinese that the gods came to appoint her a thousand arms to let her reach out to those in needs. She is known as Goddess of Compassion, Mercy and Kindness. This story was the basis for vivid and technically perfect folk dance.


The art ensemble from Beijing was established in 1987. According to the story of the head of ensemble Yuy Liang, the main principles of the members are self-respect, mutual support, and commitment to excellence. Perhaps because of it, the ensemble of actors attracted people with hearing problems from all over China. The ensemble has quickly gained popularity both in country and abroad. Since then, the tour list included over 60 countries. The level of their performances is so high that the members of the ensemble performed on the scene of such famous theaters as "Kennedy Center" in the US and "La Scala" in Italy.


The Turkmen audience was familiarized with high and mastery performance of dancers. The audience applauses to the performance "Dance of the mysterious garden" and the composition of "Butterfly Lovers" and other virtuosic and heartfelt performances. Chinese artists with hearing problems became an example of resilience and transforming power of art.
