The cycle of subject online Olympiads for high school students, organized by the Turkmen Agricultural Institute (Dashoguz) with the support of the Ministry of Education of the country, is coming to an end.

Students of the senior classes of secondary schools with in-depth study of foreign languages, natural and exact sciences take part in the Olympiads. Among them are pupils of schools No. 10, 12, 21, 24, 26 of Dashoguz and school No. 53 of Akdepa etrap of Dashoguz velayat.

Competitions are held in the form of online testing on the educational portal of the Agricultural Institute. The Olympiads, which started on January 5 this year, are held in the following subjects: biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics and history of Turkmenistan.

The final round of the cycle of subject Olympiads will take place on January 12, after which the results will be summed up and the best experts in the above sciences will be named. The winners of the intellectual competitions and the holders of the I, II and III degree diplomas will be the participants who, according to the jury, have received the highest number of points.

As the organizers emphasize, schoolchildren show high interest and activity, they quite successfully cope with the proposed tasks. This means that the goals set for the Olympiads will be fully achieved.

Subject Olympiads for high school students are held annually as part of the implementation of state tasks to expand interaction between higher and secondary educational institutions of the country, train future multidisciplinary specialists at this stage of their pre-university education. Intellectual contests are designed to develop the talents and abilities of students, increase the interest of students in various sciences and help them decide on the choice of their future profession.
