The association "Turkmenfilm" named after Oguzkhan announced a casting for a new short film. The film project called "Istärin" will tell about the life and fate of the classic of Turkmen literature, poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi.

Anyone over the age of 16 can take part in the casting. Professional acting education is welcome, but not a requirement. To participate, you must sign up for a creative test. You can do this in person by visiting the association "Turkmenfilm" named after Oguzhan or by phone: 49-37-13.

According to the organizers of the project, the first applications have already been received. In the near future, a big show of talents will take place, where applicants for the roles will need to beautifully read Magtymguly's poems. Actors who successfully passed the casting will have the opportunity to take part in photo and video tests.

In Turkmenistan, the creative heritage of Magtymguly Fragi is given great attention. Our country is preparing for a wide celebration of the upcoming 300th anniversary of the outstanding classic of Turkmen literature in 2024. The new film "Istärin", named after one of the poet's poems, will be another contribution to the popularization of the richest literary heritage of Magtymguly.
