The economic society "Gundogar Akymy" launched a line for the production of mayonnaise with a capacity of two tons per hour. The new product will be packaged in 800 grams in plastic buckets and sold under the Gunay trademark.

The cold dish is made according to a traditional recipe, but there is one peculiarity - it is prepared on the basis of locally produced vegetable oil. ES "Gundogar akimy" was one of the first in the country to master the extraction of vegetable oil from this agricultural crop. Moreover, in 2020, entrepreneurs built an oil plant, where they process sunflower, soybeans, and rapeseed grown in Turkmenistan. It was here that a line for the production and packaging of cold sauce was put into operation. The main raw material for the production of the product is the processed crop of these oilseed crops, which entrepreneurs collect on the land allocated to them on a long-term lease.

To date, the economic society has mastered more than two thousand hectares out of six thousand allocated to it by the state. 85 units of agricultural machinery and mechanisms were purchased using credit funds. A plant for the production of irrigation pipes was built. Even now oil crops and wheat are successfully grown on the developed areas. The farm allotted about 800 hectares for sunflowers. The fact is that when distributing the land fund, agricultural producers have to take into account an important rule: sunflower in crop rotation must be returned to its original place no earlier than six to eight years. Given these requirements, most of the sown area is occupied by wheat and other crops. Entrepreneurs use a by-product in the production of vegetable oils (meal) and a flour mill (bran) to prepare compound feed for poultry and cattle.
