Museum «Watan mukaddesligi» («Holiness of the Motherland»), the memorial complex of monuments «Halk hakydasy» («People's Memory»), was replenished with an audio guide in Indian language. Previously, audio tours were available in Turkmen, Russian and English.
Opened in 2014, the Museum is equipped with modern multimedia equipment. Its halls are equipped with touch screens and plasma panels containing information on important milestones in the development of our state.
For a more in-depth acquaintance with historical events, visitors are offered portable audio devices in several foreign languages, telling about the museum's exposition, which consists of four main sections. The audio recordings in the devices are sorted, which allows you to start the tour from any thematic section, you just need to select it on the control panel.
Periodically, the list of available audio tours is replenished. At the moment, museum specialists are working on launching an audio guide in Turkish.
The introduction of modern equipment has a positive effect on the course of museum work. Frequent visitors - schoolchildren and students of higher educational institutions studying foreign languages, note the special atmosphere that prevails in the halls of the museum. And this is not surprising, because it is here, among the windows of different eras, that you can see authentic items from the times of the Great Patriotic War - photographs, awards and much more.
Take a tour of old Ashgabat, dedicated to the tragic events of the 1948 earthquake. And, finally, with the help of a holographic projector, evaluate how the capital of Turkmenistan has changed over the years of independence.
Thus, modern digital technologies have become the best way to revive history, so that each visitor, when studying expositions, receives not only an interpretation of what is presented, but also his own experience of communicating with him in the most comfortable conditions for this.
