Two teachers of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture became the main creators of the fantasy play "The Boy Who Turned into a Sparrow". Komek Kuliev wrote this play, and Yazgeldy Permedov staged a performance based on it for children on the stage of the Turkmen Puppet Theater.

Summary of the play. Because of a mischievous misconduct, the schoolboy must invite the parents to the teacher. The boy is very upset: “What kind of life children have - only troubles, whether it’s the sparrows, jumping from branch to branch, chirping, cheerful and happy! And most importantly, you don't have to go to school. How I wish I were a sparrow!" He did not have time to think about it, as a large sparrow appeared in front of him ... in glasses. “There is nothing easier,” he said in a human way. - I can turn you into a sparrow, but this is already irrevocable. Agree?".

So our hero became a sparrow. The flock of sparrows accepted a new member into their chirping team, but only on the condition that he must raise two chicks who were left without parents. From that moment on, the boy who became a sparrow began a different life. He faced such difficulties that with tears in his eyes he said: "How I want to be a man again."

This tale has a philosophical connotation: no matter who you are on earth, you cannot live life without difficulties. And yet the transformation of the boy into a sparrow was not without benefit. The sparrow boy met with a crying mother, and realized how much he loves her, and the yard cat refused him food, reminding him how he pulled his tail. The boy promised himself not to offend anyone in the world.

And you will learn about how the audience helped the sparrow turn back into a boy by watching this interesting and instructive performance.

The performance involves rope puppets, and, according to experts, the puppet plan is combined with a live plan. The roles of the boy, mother and father are performed by artists Ibragim Atamuradov, Oguldondy Byashimova, Murat Kakabaev. The rest of the troupe artists "revived" the puppets.Production designers Kerim Nuryev and Ogultach Muradova prepared cute puppet characters for young viewers and turned the stage into a cozy square in front of the main character's house.
