In order to further improve the work carried out in the country in the oil and gas and agricultural sectors in accordance with the requirements of the time, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the positions of advisers on oil and gas issues and on agricultural issues were introduced.

For the purpose of scientific study in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state of the ancient rich cultural heritage, national values, the glorious history of the Turkmen people, preserving them for future generations, wide popularization, as well as attracting foreign and domestic tourists to visit historical and cultural monuments and picturesque places, located on the territory of our country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the State Program for 2022-2028 for the careful preservation of objects of the National historical and cultural heritage, their protection and study, attracting tourists to them, as well as the Action Plan for its implementation.
The ministries and sectoral departments, hakims of the velayats were instructed to ensure the proper and timely implementation of the activities indicated in the Plan.

In order to form a new architectural and town-planning image in the velayats of the country in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as to create more comfortable living conditions for employees of institutions of the transport and communication complex, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution in accordance with which the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers it is allowed to conclude a contract at its own expense with the “Ynamly hyzmatdaşlar” economic company for the design and construction of 5-4-storey 60-apartment residential buildings in the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan velayat, with all amenities and landscaping of adjacent territories for their implementation to employees subordinate to the “Türkmenaragatnaşyk” agency institutions of the transport and communication complex.
The document prescribes to start construction work in April 2022 and to hand over the residential complex in full readiness for operation in April 2024.

By the order of the President of Turkmenistan, for improper performance of official duties, shortcomings admitted in the work, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Abdrahmanov Shahym was severely reprimanded with the last warning to correct the shortcomings as soon as possible.
By the order of the President of Turkmenistan, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Orazgeldiyev Esenmyrat, was reprimanded for improper performance of official duties, shortcomings in work.
