The upcoming meeting of the cultural event, planned in Moscow and Vladimir cities, will provide a wonderful opportunity for Russians to get acquainted with the rich historical and cultural heritage, original customs and traditions of the Turkmen people, study, preservation and wide popularization of which included as one of the priorities of public policy of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. In this regard, it is symbolic that the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation organized a year, proclaimed in our country as the Year of Honoring the Heritage and Transformation of the Fatherland.
To participate in the Forum in Moscow it is arrived the representative delegation comprised from figures of culture and arts masters, including popular artists, opera soloists, singers, Bakhshi, leading music and folk-dance groups, as well as representatives of mass media of Turkmenistan.
At the official opening ceremony of the Days of Culture of our country are presented by heads of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Embassy of Turkmenistan in Russia, representatives of diplomatic missions of foreign countries accredited in Moscow, and other officials, as well as intellectuals and workers of the Russian mass media.

An important factor in effective partnership acts mutual understanding and trust established between the leaders of the two countries, and continuing willingness of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation to bring the traditional Turkmen-Russian relations to a new stage of development, taking into account the priorities of public policies and contemporary realities. Expressing gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Vladimir Putin for his support in organizing and conducting a high-level creative forum, present at the ceremony stressed the need for increased humanitarian and cultural contacts, projecting an integral part of bilateral ties.
As noted, the well-known Russian scientists for many years actively are involved in archaeological research in our country, and also in the works for the restoration of national historic monuments. Good tradition is the organization of art exhibitions and the Days of Cinema serve as a unique bridge between the cultures of the two nations. Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation host international exhibitions, conferences and art festivals. All this gives a qualitatively new content to bilateral relations in the humanitarian field. In this context, referring to the significance of current events, participants note that this meeting will be another significant contribution to the further development of friendly relations between our peoples.
The adorned of today's celebration, which gathers a numerous audience in the hall of one of Moscow's leading theaters - the National Theatre of music and song "Golden Ring", has become a concert of Turkmen artists. The agenda of the creative evening based on the musical heritage of our people, the national opera classics and pop compositions.
The evening is opened with a literary-musical composition «Şöhraty äleme ýaýran Diýarym», the activity of which are accompanied by the videos on the historical past and present of our sovereign homeland. Genuine enthusiasm caused the public performance Bakhshi and unique in its sounding folk songs «Gelinler», «Gyzlar göteriň sandygy», «Ak maýa gerek», «Bilezik». Those become classical melodies of the outstanding Turkmen composer Nury Khalmamedov, virtuoso musicians of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Palace of the State Cultural Centre Mukams have acted and particularly impressed the audience. The concert is attended by the leading soloists of the Turkmen opera and pop music scene. Under the arches of the theater are made famous classical pieces as well as songs of Russian composers, in particular, Alexandra Pakhmutova, Shangiga Berezovskiyi and others.
With excitement the audience applauds the folk-dance group "Lachin", who performed an ancient ritual dance kushtdepdi, literary-musical composition «Türkmeniň toýy», «Nusaý söýgüsi». Colorful costumes, symbolizing the values of the cultural heritage of our nation and its centuries-old tradition give the performances special meaning. A vivid addition to the performances has become the subject videos.
The final chord of the music festival is the song «Alkyşnama», which catches up all participants of the performance.
