Operetta festival in Ashgabat

Last weekend in the cinema-concert hall "Turkmenistan" a concert was held under the title "Ah operetta, operetta!". This musical and theatrical genre, which arose in the middle of the 19th century on Parisian boulevards, is still revered by the public around the world today. Therefore, the rich program of the concert included popular songs, arias and duets in various foreign languages.

Charismatic and charming owner of a coloratura soprano, vocalist Vera Bazarova delighted the audience with her unique vocal abilities throughout the evening. In the past, a soloist of the Opera and Ballet Theatre, a student of the People's Artist of Turkmenistan Medeniyat Shahberdyeva, Vera Bazarova continues to improve her vocal skills and helps young performers develop their abilities and talents.

Many strive to get to the lesson of the eminent singer. After all, the best students can be with a mentor on the same stage.

One of the most diligent students, the actress of the Pushkin State Russian Drama Theater Adelina Nazarova, has long dreamed of performing a duet with Vera Bazarova. And, judging by the applause of the audience, she did it perfectly. The mentor and student duet sang the touching composition "Mom", the Russian folk song "Ivushka". But the musical collaborations did not end there.

The performance of the teacher of the Turkmen National Conservatory Begench Moshiev was bright and incendiary. The young tenor sang the part of Aman from the operetta Guncha. The duet performed a song from the musical comedy based on the eponymous operetta by Uzeyir Gadzhibekov "Arshin mal alan". The duet of Telly (Adelina Nazarova) and Vally (Begench Moshiev) especially captivated the audience. Every second listener in the hall sang the famous lines from the song: “Do you have money? There is, there is!”.

For the first time, Zamir Aliyev spoke to a large audience. A diligent student of Vera Bazarova, the owner of a lyric-dramatic baritone, performed the Troubadour's serenade from the musical "The Bremen Town Musicians". Soon Adelina Nazarova joined him, this time reincarnated as the Princess from the aforementioned musical.

A lyrical digression from the musical program was the reading of poems by the beginning poetess Emina Nazarmedova. All evening the vocalists were accompanied by the accompanist Stella Faramazova, diploma winner of the International Piano Competitions. The talented students of Vera Bazarova were able to make a great impression on the audience, delighting the audience with their artistic abilities and virtuosic performance of the most complex vocal parts.
