Is it any wonder that our ancestors saw in music a means of education, persuasion? - asks the head of state. After all, the rhythm and harmony in their views, most deeply penetrate into the depths of the soul. "The basis of this view is the belief that the world was originally harmonious. It is important to find this harmony, cohesion of natural and social phenomena, physical and spiritual strength, ideal and real, the divine and the human ... This will be the point of equilibrium where there is no strong and weak, the winners and losers. Here it is- where art begins and where diplomacy starts... ".
