The State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan hosted a conference entitled "Honor to the national heritage on a high path of development", organized by the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan, the National Trade Union Center of the country and the Ministry of Culture.

The event was attended by representatives of the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan, the National Institute of Education, the Academy of Sciences of the country, the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, as well as employees of the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.

The participants of the conference, in their speeches, dwelled in detail on the features of national ornaments, which have been made by Turkmen zergyars since ancient times.

The participants noted that the art of making national clothes, carpet weaving is part of the national heritage, which is an integral part of the spiritual wealth of society.

At the end of the conference participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers of the conference.
