Health and healthy lifestyle questionnaire for citizens of Turkmenistan

The “Mahabat” Department of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, together with the Information Centre of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of the country, has prepared an online questionnaire for health and healthy lifestyle.

The questionnaire, which consists of 11 questions, is aimed at promoting health and preventing diseases, encouraging citizens to lead a healthy lifestyle and introduce good habits into their daily routine. It allows people to focus on health problems, to analyze the lifestyle they lead.

Among the questions — Do you do morning exercises? Do you include fruits and vegetables in your daily ration? Is breakfast a must for you? Do you smile during the day, remembering the pleasant moments from your life? and etc.

The questionnaire received a positive response from the population, which can be confirmed by the feedback received. As the head of the “Mahabat” department shared, the answers of citizens are very encouraging. For example, it follows from them that most people prefer to drink water immediately after waking up, which is considered a simple habit that can bring great benefits to our body. Or when asked what time you wake up in the morning - many answered that the period of 6 to 8 in the morning is the most suitable time for them.

In the future, the department plans to conduct such surveys on a regular basis, timed to coincide with a significant date or event, a certain direction. For example, to the Independence Day of Turkmenistan, which is celebrated in September. Or a survey focused on the field of education, which may include questions such as — How much time do you spend reading during the day? Last book you read? What genre is it? Questions may be accompanied by appropriate audio and video materials.

A special creative group has been created to develop such issues.
