On the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth in the building of the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, was organized an exhibition entitled "Education is the path of excellence".

Visitors were able to see such unique exhibits as a blackboard embroidered on a carpet, wonderful jewelry souvenirs, a collection of photographs that depict the transformations achieved by Turkmenistan in the field of education. There are rare photographs among the exhibits, which depict the work of teachers of the distant past and their students of different ages. A prominent place in the exhibition is occupied by the book of the Hero-Arkadag “A good name is imperishable”.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Director of the Institute of History and Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan Handurdy Kurbanov, Senior Lecturer of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, Honored Art Worker of Turkmenistan Azat Annaev, teacher of the Turkmen State Special Art School Oguljan Berdiyeva, who made presentations on the importance of education.

All speakers emphasized that the Turkmen people have been creating spiritual wealth, educational heritage, a school of education and respect for elders for many centuries. This folk wisdom has been passed down from generation to generation, creating an inexhaustible treasury of knowledge. Today, young citizens of Turkmenistan can enjoy all the benefits of the latest innovative teaching methods in order to make a worthy contribution to the prosperity of their homeland years later.
