Today, on the threshold of the 31st anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the opening of service centers for the repair and maintenance of KAMAZ vehicles with training of technical personnel took place in the Mary and Lebap Velayats.
In recent years, work has been actively carried out throughout the country related to the industrialization of the national economic complex, including dynamic development of the transport system, which is gaining international importance. The dynamics of the ongoing socio-economic processes is also reflected in the scale of construction, which has acquired an unprecedented scale.
In the period of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, thanks to the policy being implemented under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, various-purpose facilities were put into operation and are under construction in the Homeland. The quality of intercity roads is improving, and new highways and bridges are built. This contributes to the improvement of the capacity of international transport corridors, and the enhanced competitiveness of the transport complex, and the increase in the amount of transit cargo will further increase the domestic and international logistics capabilities of Turkmenistan.
The construction of other maintenance centers is one of the aspects provided in the socio-economic strategy of the head of state, as well as marks a new stage of international cooperation in the transport sector between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.
It should be noted that in order to successfully fulfill the targets defined for the government agencies, further improve logistics, as well as increase production efficiency, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree according to which ministries, sectoral departments, other institutions and enterprises of the country can conclude contracts with KAMAZ FTC Corp. LLP for the phased purchase of a large batch of KAMAZ vehicles and spare parts.
Thus, during the partnership, thousands of units of various trucks of this model were delivered to Turkmenistan. The development engineers of the company systematically improve its models, including the operational characteristics.
Trucks that meet modern requirements have proved to be effective in the climatic conditions of our country.
The construction of training and maintenance centers for KAMAZ vehicles was commenced on the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan in the Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary Velayats. Thus, the centers were built to order of KAMAZ FTC Corp. LLP in the Mary region by the Economic Society “Askan”, and in the Lebap region by the Individual Enterprise “Awtotrans”, where up to ten vehicles are expected to be serviced daily.
Each of the above training and service centers includes a management office, a warehouse and a repair shop. There is also a car wash, a covered car park and water tanks. A significant area of these complexes is reserved for a warehouse of spare parts, the uninterrupted supply of which will allow replacing parts in the shortest possible time.
The celebrations on the occasion of commissioning another training and maintenance centers for KAMAZ vehicles were attended by leaders and specialists of the transport sector of our country, the of KAMAZ FTC Corp. LLP’s Board of Directors, representatives of public organizations, honored elders and youth, as well as cultural and art figures.
The atmosphere of the festivity was strengthened by inspired song and musical compositions performed by artists and creative teams of velayats.
The ceremony participants expressed special gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for showing tireless concern for integrated development of the velayats, the prosperity of the Homeland, and the systematic improvement of the people’s living standards.
