On the first day of October, all progressive mankind celebrates International Music Day. In the Great Hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after. Mai Kuliyeva held a concert on this occasion, which was also dedicated to the memory of the Honored Art Worker of Turkmenistan Nikolai Artemovich Amiyants, the founder of the Turkmen violin school, a teacher with a capital letter, an extremely intelligent and charming person.

By tradition, the concert program was opened by the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Osman Gudzhimov with the performance of the Turkmen folk melody “Shirin-Sheker” on the dutar.

The concert program included familiar works by Khachaturian, Liszt, Mussorgsky, Sviridov, Rachmaninoff and other famous composers.

As always, the virtuoso Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Vladimir Mkrtumov performed the work of Franz Liszt - Petrarch's Sonnet, evoking thunderous applause in the hall.

The audience was especially warmly received by the performance of the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Bibidzhemal Amanov and Amangeldy Amanov, who performed a fragment from the dramatic work of Ruggiero Leoncavallo "Pagliazza".

The concert ended with a joint performance of all the vocalists participating in the program. They performed Chara Nurymov's work "Toi Aidamy", which, both in terms of subject matter and in terms of the mood of the audience, was the final point of the concert.

The organizer of the concert is the Department of Chamber Ensemble, accompanist - diploma winner of international competitions Stella Faramazova.
