In the Great Hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva opened a festival dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the founding of the conservatory. The honor to be the first to speak to the audience fell to the young group «Camerat Ashgabat». The artistic director of the group is Bahram Dolyyev (violin). It includes both graduates of the conservatory and students: Tahyr Atayev (viola), Kakageldi Hojalekov (cello), Aylar Botayarova (violin), Abadan Meredova (piano), and unites a group of musicians of different status with a love for works of world classics.

The hall performed «Tango Café 1930» and «Mystical Fugue» by Astor Piazzolla, «Romance» by Georgiy Sviridov from the suite to Pushkin's drama «Blizzard», «Duet for Two Violins», arranged for piano quintet by Dmitriy Shostakovich, the play «In Memory of Caruso» Lucio Dalla and other famous works.

The Italian folk song «Bella ciao» in the excellent performance of Begench Moshiyev caused long unceasing applause in the hall.

The guest of the «Camerata in Ashgabat» group, Honored Art Worker of Turkmenistan Rovshen Nepesov, performed his new, but already well-known work «Mosaic of Emotions».

The concert ended with the famous «Caprice № 24» by Niccolò Paganini. This ingenious work was performed in an arrangement for a quartet and put a beautiful end to the first concert, from which the Musical Festival of Young Stars began.

The musical marathon of the festival, which will last throughout the month, will be continued by the laureates of the conservatory competition, held in April this year at the departments of chamber ensemble and string instruments. Among them are Jemal Agajanova (violin), Erjel Yagshymyradov (piano), Altyn Nurmyradova (violin), Kovus Bashimov (viola). Concertmaster - Diploma winner of international competitions Stella Faramazova.
