Large-scale work on the construction of comfortable housing is underway in the Bezmein etrap of Ashgabat. Currently, about 120 apartment buildings are being built here. Three large residential areas are being created at once, in which several thousand families will be able to move in in the near future.
Residential quarters of large-panel houses are laid along the streets of Senagat, Kopetdag, Altyn Asyr, Akhal, them. N. Okdyrov, Oguzkhan and others. This year alone, the doors of 17 apartment buildings built as part of the construction of municipal housing have opened their doors to newcomers. As a result, dozens of families received 2-3-4 room apartments.
More than ten private construction organizations and crews of the Bezmein concrete goods plant participated in the construction of this housing. The contractors of the agency "Turkmenavtoyollary" did a great job of reconstructing and asphalting roads, laying engineering structures.
Another complex of four-story residential buildings is located in the western part of the capital on the site of former wastelands. On an area of more than 90 hectares - on the territory adjacent to the existing residential development along Keshi Street, contractor organizations - members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan this year will complete the construction of 62 four-story residential buildings of the second stage, the construction of the residential complex "Gurtly". Here, the new settlers will be provided with more than three thousand comfortable apartments.
With its appearance, the layout of apartments and the level of comfort, this residential complex is not much different from the elite housing previously built in Ashgabat. The buildings are equipped with telecommunications systems, personal air coolers, heating.
Housing is made taking into account demographic trends, when large families can live in a spacious four-room apartment with an area of 150 square meters.
Each apartment has a number of utility rooms, as well as a spacious kitchen with access to a balcony ranging from 14-16 to 20 square meters.
It is obvious that the experience of housing construction in our city was taken into account when developing the project for the development of the array.
In the Gurtlinsky complex, premises for trade enterprises and household services will be located next to housing. A shopping and entertainment center, a market, 10 shops, a school, kindergartens will be built on the territory.
In Bezmein etrap, along with high-rise buildings of superior comfort and improved planning, cottage-type houses are being built. This should expand the opportunities for citizens to choose suitable housing that meets both modern requirements and individual needs and preferences. At the same time, loans provided to citizens of the country determine the availability of comfortable housing for residents of cities and villages.
Individual enterprises and business associations of the UIET, actively participating in large-scale construction throughout the country, are major customers and equity participants in the construction of cottage settlements. In the next two years, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On the shared construction of residential buildings and other real estate", more than fifty 4-storey and over sixty 2-storey residential buildings will be built in the etrap without attracting budgetary funds.
A whole new type of housing complex has already been created in Ashgabat. Thanks to this factor and the growing scope of housing construction, thousands of families have become owners of apartments in magnificent residential buildings in Ashgabat. In Bezmein etrap, cottage construction will be fully completed in 2023-2024, which will ensure high living standards for people, optimal conditions for creative work, comfortable life and recreation for the people of Turkmenistan.
