This is the name of a selection of publications in the last issue of the 2022 International Scientific and Practical Journal «Problems of Desert Development», published by the National Institute of Deserts of Flora and Animals of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. It includes the works of Turkmen scientists devoted to the utilization of spent mushroom blocks of oyster mushrooms, the growth and development of champignons in an arid climate, and preventive measures for brucellosis in Arvana camels in Turkmenistan.

Other publications of the journal have not only scientific, but also practical-applied character.
