The first private warehouse for food commodities in the region has started to function in the north of Turkmenistan. It was built by R.Saburov, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country.

The newly built project, which occupies an area of 0, 7 hectares, houses warehouse and administration buildings and necessary technical facilities. All necessary conditions are provided here for long-term and high quality preservation and storage of commodities. The warehouse is designed for one-time storage of 30 tons of various goods. Now, the private warehouse received the first batch of goods from local entrepreneurs on a contractual basis.

It should be noted that entrepreneurs of Dashoguz velayat steadily expand the sphere of their activity in accordance with the demand and requirements of today. The growing volumes of production of agricultural produces and their processing in the region predetermined their active participation in the process of development of a chain of warehouse projects. So, in Ruhubelent etrap a large private modern cold storage warehouse was built and commissioned into operation last year for storage of agricultural produces. Its specialized equipment enables to create automatically and maintain optimal conditions for storage of commodities in an ideal fresh state and to prevent their spoilage in cooling chambers of various capacities.

Sarybay Khanbayev, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan from Dashoguz velayat, built this project, which is designed for one-time storage of 350 tons of vegetables and fruits.

Similar steady development of the small and medium businesses has become possible due to the all-round support of the state to entrepreneurial initiatives and favourable economic conditions created for business circles.
