Today, a solemn “Joint meeting of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, representatives of the public of the country - the triumph of independence, unity, cohesion, statehood, people's democracy” was held at the Center for Public Organizations. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, leaders and representatives of public organizations, political parties, respected elders, youth, and the media.
As the speakers noted, today in our country there is great trust in young people, which is reflected in the motto of 2023 “Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar”.
The decisions taken at the historic joint meeting of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, representatives of the country's public under the chairmanship of Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov testify to the continuation of the national traditions of democracy. In this regard, it was noted that the establishment of the highest representative body of people's power - the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, as well as the adoption of the Laws “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of Turkmenistan” and “On the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan” are a clear manifestation of public trust.
At the same time, it was emphasized that under the leadership of Arkadagly Serdar, measures are being taken aimed at the further prosperity of the people, who are actively involved in the implementation of transformations in the interests of the state and society.

At the end of the solemn meeting, its participants adopted Addresses to the President of Turkmenistan and the Hero-Arkadag, in which they expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the tireless care shown at the state level in order to ensure the prosperous life of the people and the prosperity of the Fatherland.
