The Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan has released the first issue of the quarterly online magazine "Innovative Technologies in Turkmenistan", which contains a selection of materials covering a wide range of innovative scientific and technological areas. In the preface to the first edition, the editorial board of the journal briefly informs about the tasks, structure and activities of the Techno-center, which develops competitive, material and energy-saving, environmentally friendly technologies and innovative materials based on local raw materials and their introduction into production, strengthening interdepartmental scientific ties, attracting young people to research activities, supporting start-ups, evaluating the possibilities of commercializing research results through the Center for Technology Transfer created in its structure.
As noted in the preface, the first issue of the electronic journal presents the results of scientific research conducted in the laboratories of the Technology Center in accordance with the priority areas of science of Turkmenistan, the developments of other scientists of the country, as well as the scientific work of the scientific scientific institution of Uzbekistan, a partner of the Technology Center. All articles are published in Turkmen language in PDF format with annotations in Russian and English.
Among the authors of the articles of the first issue of the electronic journal "Innovative Technologies in Turkmenistan" are well-known scientists - President of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan Allaberdy Ashirov, Rector of the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakaev Bayrammyrat Atamanov, Head of the Department of Chemical and Geological Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan Nurmyrat Durdiyev, Professor of the Tashkent State Transport University Umida Ziyamukhamedova, head of the seed production department of the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Turkmenistan Rejep Meredov, as well as heads and employees of various laboratories of the Techno-center.
The topics of the presented articles testify to their scientific relevance and practical significance. They are devoted to such important issues as the importance and future of the baromembrane method of purification and desalination of waters in Turkmenistan, mathematical modeling of the effect of gas outlet from gas pipelines on pressure, the importance of genetics and selection in increasing the yield of cotton, scientific analysis of the XIV volume of the book of the respected Arkadag "Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan" , the production of hydrogen from secondary water resources based on a combination of alternative energy sources, the creation of a complex for alternative agriculture based on solar technology, etc.
