The Ashgabat team «Altyn tach» won the Cup of Turkmenistan in futsal among women, defeating «Olimp» from Mary velayat in the final - 4:2.

Previously, at the stage of the group tournament, these teams met each other. Then the game of the finalists ended in a draw - 2:2.

In other matches on the way to the final, «Altyn tach» won in the group against «Dashoguz» - 11:1 and «Miras» (Lebap velayat) - 7:0, and in the semifinals defeated «Balkan» with a devastating score of 13:0.

The 54-year-old head coach of the women's national football team of Turkmenistan Kamil Mingazov led the winning team to this success.

The «Ahal» team became the bronze medalist of the tournament. The wards of Boris Borovik, a well-known footballer in the past, achieved this success by defeating «Balkan» in the match for 3rd place - 2:1.

In the match for the 5th place, «Miras» from «Lebap» won against «Dashoguz» - 6:4, and in the match for the 7th place, «Ashgabat» defeated «Nokat» from «Lebap» - 2:0.

Lale Haipova («Olimp») was recognized as the best player of the tournament, and Aysha Annaberdiyeva («Altyn tach») was recognized as the best goalkeeper. Maria Charyyeva from the team «Altyn tach» with 18 goals excelled in the dispute of scorers. The prize of the best judge was awarded to Guvanch Ashyrov.

The Futsal Cup of Turkmenistan among women, which was held in the Olympic village of the capital, was contested by eight teams representing Ashgabat and all velayats of the country.
