President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov hold regular video conference working session where Deputy Chairman if the Cabinet of Ministers supervising the agricultural complex and hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat took part. The agenda included the main directions of social and economic development of the country, fulfilment of seasonal agricultural works as well as preparation to New Year celebrations.
During the session, the reports of the heads of the regions, who informed on the situation in agricultural complex in the velayats, preparation of agricultural equipment for the forthcoming season, measures for warm and substantial hibernation of the livestock, were given. It was also reported on the realization of National village programme and preparation to New year celebrations.
Having stressed the attention on the situation in agricultural sector of the regions, president Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the necessity of correspondence of all works to modern demands, which are undertaken in agricultural and livestock farms, having addressed number of instructions to the hyakims. The Head of the State also requested to increase the rates of constructions of the facilities in the regions.
Having requested to hold under strict control the subjects of heating for living houses, schools and kindergartens, uninterrupted supply of electricity and gas to the population of the velayats, the President instructed to undertake advance measures for preparation of all New Year celebrations on high organizational level.
The Head of the State stressed the attention on the subject of the development of sports in the regions, highlighting the necessity of regular sport competitions on etraps level as well as between organizations and enterprises.
After, the floor was given to Deputy Chairman of the cabinet of Ministers R. Bazarov who reported on seasonal agricultural works in the country including in livestock farms as well as on the fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State on increase of rates of these works previously.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasised the importance of responsible approach to education and provision of coordinated activity of agricultural complex and gave number of instructions to the Vice-premier related to priority directions of the development of the regions, particularly for increase of production of grains, improvement of cotton, vegetable and livestock production, improvement of production capacities of processing segments.
After, Hyakim of Ashgabat M. Abilov was called by direct video call, who reported on the situation in the capital and the works, which are implemented for its urban planning, provision of neatness, social infrastructure as well as fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State previously. The head of the capital administration also reported on preparation to New Year celebration and public and cultural events planned for this holiday.
Having highlighted that Ashgabat taking into account its capital status has to be exemplary city by all means what is also stipulate the necessity to improve the attention to its urban planning and sanitary condition. The President of Turkmenistan requested to hold under strict control uninterrupted operation of all life support systems of the capital and organized work of all communal services.
With regards to preparation to New Year holidays, the Head of the State mentioned that it has to be held on high organizational level.
