Turkmen National Conservatory started the Week of the Department of Composition and Instrumentation

On April 17th, the Week of the Department of Composer's Art and Instrumentation was solemnly opened at the National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva.

An exhibition of portraits of famous creative people of Turkmenistan was opened in the foyer. Masters of arts and cultural workers of our country, students of Turkmen National Conservatory, students of the Turkmen State Specialized Music School named after Danatar Ovezov at Turkmen National Conservatory, pupils of children's music schools in Ashgabat and music lovers gathered in the Small Hall.

The musical part of the celebration was opened by the performance of students of the Turkmen State Specialized School named after D. Ovezov at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after M. Kulieva. The choir performed the work “Baglar Hey”, music by Danatar Ovezov to the verses of Magtymguly Fragi. Then N. Bagtiyarova sang the song "Bagtyyarlyk aydymy" to the words of A. Churiyeva to the accompaniment of the author of music A. Gulmyradova.

The organizers have prepared many surprises for the guests. One of them was video greetings from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ivanovo, Paris and Dubai. Kind words were heard from different cities, from creative people about Turkmen music and composers.

Another surprise for the guests was the works of Turkmen authors performed by the heirs of musical traditions. Thus, T. Shirova, a pupil of the Children's Music School No. 1, became the youngest participant. She performed two pieces on the piano. "Forest Tale" by N. Halmamedov and "Komarik" by A. Shirova.

An archive video was interesting for the guests, in which the composer S. Toyliev accompanies his daughters. The teacher of the Specialized boarding school at Turkmen National Conservatory A. Abaev performed on the saxophone the work “Humoresque”, composer V. Abaeva.

The ensemble of violinists of the artistic director G. Neymork from the Specialized boarding school at Turkmen National Conservatory sounded harmoniously.

The final performance of the quartet of Turkmen National Conservatory students M. Amanova (piano), A. Annamyradova (cello), J. Agajanova (violin) and M. Gulmuhammedova (flute) was bright. They performed the work "Turkmen Suite" by composer K. Batashov.

The week of the Department of Composition and Instrumentation will continue until April 22nd. Many pleasant surprises await the guests from the organizers. This includes exhibitions and performances by puppet theater artists.
