The «Arkadag» players became the sole leaders of the championship of Turkmenistan among the major league clubs, having won the away match of the 5^th round of «Ashgabat» - 4:2.

The debutant of the national championship, representing the eponymous city of national importance under construction 30 kilometers from the capital, opened the account already in the 10^th minute. This was done by Resul Hojayev. On the 35^th minute, Rovshen Baylyyev restored the balance - 1:1. Just before the break, in the second minute compensated for the first half, the top scorer of last year's championship Didar Durdyyev brought «Arkadag» ahead - 2:1.

At the 52^nd minute, Ashgabat remained in the minority due to the removal of Sohbet Allanurov, the violation of which led to the appointment of a 11-meter free kick. Arslanmyrat Amanov converted the penalty in the 53^rd minute. And after 4 minutes Begmyrat Bayov increased the advantage of «Arkadag» to 4:1. At the 69^th minute, Agajan Altyyev scored another goal, but «Ashgabat» failed to achieve more.

Having won for the fourth time in a row, «Arkadag» topped the standings with 12 points. Balkanabat «Nebitchi» and «Kopetdag» from the capital, which played more than one match, have 2 points less in their assets.

«Nebitchi» in the 5^th round won the third victory, having won at home over the Mary «Energetik» - 3:0.

Guests for almost the entire first half skillfully restrained the attacks of the opponent. At the 45^th minute, «Energetik» remained in the minority due to the removal of Begench Alamov for two yellow cards. In the second minute compensated before the break, Dayanch Orazgylyjov nevertheless brought «Nebitchi» forward - 1:0. In the second half, Serdar Tukiyev (52^nd minute) and Dovran Berdiyev (89^th) scored two more goals against one of the outsiders of the national championship, setting the final score.

Vice-champion «Altyn Asyr» is behind «Nebitchi» and «Kopetdag» by 2 points. «Ashgabat» is in the fifth position with 6 points. The current champions «Ahal», «Energetik», «Merv» and Turkmenbashy’s «Shagadam» close the standings with 3 points each.
