Our country is preparing for the most important event in the social and political life - elections of the President. I would like to point out that, if the country held such an election, it is an evidence of a prosperous life.
One of the basic political rights of the citizen is to be elected. The election is the main source of the democratization of society. In accordance with the Constitution, the Electoral Code of Turkmenistan, elections in our country are based on the principles of democracy, alternativeness, in an atmosphere of transparency and openness, the equal conditions of all candidates.
The Constitution of Turkmenistan was adopted in the new amended version in the Council of Elders of Turkmenistan in order to ensure a prosperous life of every citizen.
The provisions of the Basic Law of the rights and freedoms of citizens have been improved, taking into account the best international and national experiences.
Adopted in 2013, the Electoral Code of Turkmenistan, focused on the democratic norms of the election and is constantly being improved.
Presidential election in our country is evidence of full implementation of the principles of national democracy and human rights in the independent neutral Turkmenistan.
Having conducted of the profound reform in our independent neutral state, an unprecedented success in economy, politics, and culture which is significantly strengthens economic, political and social foundations of the country.
Fully updated and reorganized the national economy, new production facilities are created, and huge facilities impressing our imagination are built.
Every day of lives of our happy people is marked by the glorious events. Our main goal is to provide every family, every citizen of the country the prosperous and happy life. In the field of foreign policy it is primarily focused on the consolidation of peace. My own goals as a candidate I will tell the details in my election program.
Of course, we must not rest upon reaching our achievements, but continue to move confidently forward. As our ancestors used to say, the benefit is in motion!
