Construction of nine four-story buildings is underway in the central part of the city of Dashoguz. These houses are being built by specialists of an individual enterprise "Merdana doganlar"on a plot of land previously released from an obsolete industrial enterprise. Now, the basement of new buildings has been completed, and the walls of the first floor of one houses are being laid. The new housing estate will be designed for 348 comfortable and spacious apartments consisting of a different number of rooms.

A distinctive feature of the current urban planning activity in Dashoguz is the complexity of its development. The creation of a modern urban environment is carried out using all the possibilities, including: conversion of abandoned or vacant land areas. At the same time, ways are being sought for an optimal combination of residential real estate and social and cultural facilities that provide various services to the population. Such development involves the construction of new self-sufficient massifs with a significant area and with its own developed infrastructure. Moreover, it makes possible to use more efficiently the capabilities of existing engineering communications.

Thus, a new housing estate on Dashoguz Street was built by the efforts of private and state specialized structures on the territory that previously was released from obsolete buildings. This new housing estate has many modern spacious apartment buildings. Specialists of the individual enterprise " Atalyk gurluşyk" carrying out the construction of another new housing estate consisting of seven-story apartment buildings of high comfort on Zaman Street. The entire territory adjacent to new buildings is being improved, illuminated and landscaped in the same architectural style, which will harmoniously improve the architectural appearance of the administrative center of the northern region of the country.
