Our country holds democratic elections in accordance with international standards. All conditions for the elections in accordance with the standards recognized by the world community are established in our beloved Motherland. The Electoral Code of Turkmenistan presents all opportunities for free will of the citizens. The elections are held under multiparty conditions.

Besides, the participation of the candidates nominated by the initiative groups of citizens is an evidence of the selection of our own national democratic development by our country. The Electoral Code, based on the Constitution of our country, includes democratic standards of the elections and is steadily improved.

Presidential Elections are bright evidence of the triumph of principles of national democracy and human rights in our sovereign neutral state. Large work for strengthening of legal status and democratic basis of our country is carried out.

Long-term integrated programmes and reforms are realized in the context of the development of the country. National programme for the development of oil and gas industry stipulates to increase several times production and processing volumes of oil and gas. The development of natural deposits is carried out both onshore and in Turkmen shelf of the Caspian Sea.

Undoubtedly, we, not dwelling at the achieved, move forward resolutely to the progress. As our ancestors used to say “Who worked hard, achieved the good”.

Taking the opportunity, I would like express deep gratitude to all members of the initiative group supporting me as well as to the members of the Central Election Commission registered me as a candidate for the Elections of the President of Turkenistan.
