First of all, let me express sincere gratitude to the Central Council of the Agrarian Party for nominating me for the high political post – the President of Turkmenistan.
We a wonderful happy life. Free people live in prosperous country. All deeds in such epoch are marked with success.
Our country advances steadily along the way of democratic progress and reforms. That is vividly testified by three political parties created in our country at present.
Due to holding presidential elections at the high organizational level in compliance with compliance with legal democratic principles, our country has achieved great success.
The candidates representing three political parties and citizens’ initiative group were nominated for the 2017 alternative elections of the President of Turkmenistan. That vividly testifies to the systematic improvement of the legal principles of democracy in our country.
The main thing is that the development of democracy is based on the national principles bequeathed by our ancestors.
The scales of reforms taken place in our country in the epoch of might and happiness, including in the agricultural sphere, are ambitious.
The main goal of the Agrarian Party is to further develop the agro-industrial complex and improve the social and living conditions as the agricultural industry in the country performs two important functions: first of all, it provides population with food stuff, secondly, it supplies raw materials to processing enterprises.
The main goals include fundamental reforms in the social sphere of rural settlements in the country and bringing them up to the level of municipal comfort.
Hundreds social facilities have been built, thousands kilometres of water- and gas pipe lines and power lines have been laid, thousands kilometres of highways have been built and put into operation, hundreds of thousands of telephone stations have been installed as well as other structural facilities have been built within the framework of the National Programme for the improvement of social and living conditions in villages, settlements, towns in etraps and etrap centres for the period till 2020.
I will present my election programme during the meetings with electorate and will take the instructions from voters into account.
I wish success to all candidates, who take part in the 2017 presidential election in Turkmenistan.
