Today, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the city of Arkadag at the request of D.Orazov, the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan and the Sh.Durdylyev, Hyakim of the city of Arkadag, during which Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the large-scale works carried out in the new city and its surroundings.

Early in the morning, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan arrived at the roundabout under construction on the highway leading to the new city of Arkadag. Here, Hero-Arkadag was welcomed by D.Orazov, the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan and Sh.Durdylyev, the Hyakim of the city of Arkadag, who reported on the work carried out on the territory of the city.

Having familiarized himself with the improvement of the roundabout, the National Leader of the Turkmen people pointed out the need to combine the traditions of national architecture and best practices in construction and design work. It is necessary to responsibly and comprehensively approach the choice of sculptures that will be installed in the center of the roundabout, as well as comply with all the requirements for the construction of road transport infrastructure facilities.

Considering that the territory of the city includes the village of Aba Annayev and the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex, Hero-Arkadag noted the importance of keeping under constant attention the issues of traffic, transportation of citizens to workplaces, children to kindergartens, schoolchildren to educational institutions. Therefore, in order to create comfort for passengers it is necessary to build stops in designated places, to establish effective functioning of road infrastructure.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people stressed that the main requirement is the formation of favorable conditions for the urban population, and gave recommendations to ensure the coordinated work of the relevant services.

Then the Hero-Arkadag went to the "Akhan" monument, which became the main decoration of the city. The architectural achievements of the city of Arkadag, which meets all international standards due to the tireless efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, are a clear evidence of the strengthening of the country's economic power. Practical steps taken in this direction will add bright pages to the glorious annals of the motherland.

Hero-Arkadag halted near the monument to the legendary Akhan horse, which played an important role in increasing the prestige of Akhal-Teke horses in the world. This construction, which has become a symbol of the national love for "heavenly" horses, the national pride of the Turkmen people, impresses with its elegance and originality. The opening ceremony of the new city starts from the monument to Akhan, built on the initiative of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Speaking about this, the National Leader of the Turkmen people noted the need to hold the celebration in an atmosphere of joy and merriment. All this will be a visible embodiment of Turkmenistan's harmonious development and successful achievement of great goals.

Then the Hero-Arkadag went to the Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, where, as in all parts of the city of Arkadag, preparations for the opening ceremony were well underway.

Holding this significant event at a high level, which is of great importance in the life of the country, will be the result of joint efforts.

Today the city of Arkadag has a modern road and transport infrastructure, which allows the smooth movement of transport and comfortable transportation of passengers using modern means of technical potential.

Hero-Arkadag attaches great importance to the smooth operation of the social infrastructure of the new city. Taking care of human health, creation of favorable conditions for work, recreation, social and living conditions of people are the priority directions of the state policy. Speaking about the successful solution of the tasks set in this direction, Hero-Arkadag noted the importance of issues related to the health of our people, especially children.

Hero-Arkadag said about the need to maintain the parking facilities of the Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in proper operational condition, the durability and strength of the materials used, and noted that steps should be taken in this direction. Having made a number of comments on the design and improvement of facilities, the Hero-Arkadag ordered to keep these issues under constant control and gave instructions to the relevant managers.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people has given instructions to the head of the Center to work together with relevant organizations for the successful accomplishment of set tasks. At the same time, it is necessary to coordinate the actions of the administration of the Children's Health and Rehabilitation Center, as well as to pay special attention to its economic activity. Hero-Arkadag has added that, in order to achieve the set goals it is necessary to take consistent measures, using the opportunities created, and has given specific instructions to the relevant leaders.

Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people arrived at the parking lot of passenger transport in the new city, where everything necessary for maintenance of electric buses and electric cabs is provided. Hero-Arkadag made a number of comments on the architectural appearance of the parking lot.

Having acquainted himself with the layout of the buildings, the National Leader of the Turkmen people noted the importance of improving the surrounding area of the complex in accordance with the requirements of the time. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the quality and culture of passenger services. Stressing that all the work carried out should be aimed at the implementation of the main principle "The state is for man!", the Hero–Arkadag gave specific instructions in this regard.

Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people went to the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex, where he was greeted by B.Annamammedov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and R.Gandymov, the Hyakim of Ashgabat. Hero-Arkadag made a number of comments regarding the landscaping of the territory adjacent to the complex and its design.

As noted, the architectural appearance of the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Sports Complex should meet the high requirements of modernity. It is necessary to actively use best practices, which is of great importance in the formation of a unified harmony of all the objects of the complex.

The Hero-Arkadag was introduced to several types of displays to be installed on buildings and structures under construction, as well as on highways. The National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized the importance of their attractive appearance and original design, as well as the importance of night lighting of the city streets.

Noting the need to hold the opening ceremony of the city of Arkadag at a high level, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed relevant leaders to pay close attention to the preparations and departed from the scene, wishing everyone success.
