Turkmenistan purchased a batch of laboratory reagents for general blood analysis. The laboratory reagents were purchased as part of a partnership between the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Development Program.

Reagents will be distributed to central and velayat laboratories in order to further strengthen the system of providing basic laboratory services in Turkmenistan.

Basic laboratory services are essential for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of diseases, and this support will help ensure that these services are available to all residents of Turkmenistan, including rural and remote communities.
