The XXI congress of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan took place in Ashgabat. The delegates of the velayat branches of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of ministries and departments, public organisations, and leading international structures accredited in Turkmenistan took part in the forum.

The meeting agenda included the issues related to the results of work of the Central Council and Financial Commission of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan in 2007-2011 and introduction of changes and additions to the Charter and Regulations of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan.
