The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a general lesson at the «Ruhyyet» Palace in the city of Arkadag on the Day of Knowledge and Students.

In particular, Hero-Arkadag spoke about the implementation of state programs for the development of Turkmenistan.

According to him, the transformations that began in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state are becoming more successful.

«In a new historical epoch, having adopted the long-term Program «Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state: the National program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», «The program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028», «The National Program of the President of Turkmenistan on the transformation of the social and living conditions of the population of villages, towns, cities of etraps and etrap centres for the period up to 2028», we thereby go through the victorious and glorious paths of development of our sovereign Fatherland», – said the Chairman of the People’s Council.

He emphasized that, based on the achievements of science and innovation, the country is successfully continuing work on diversification, digitalization and industrialization of the national economy.

«We are building the second stage of the city of state significance Arkadag, and in the regions - new villages, settlements, small, medium and large industrial enterprises, modern transport and communication systems, high-speed highways», – Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized.

«We are also successfully implementing transformations that significantly improve the social and living conditions of the population, social protection and employment of citizens», – he noted.
