Specialists from the services and divisions of the «Burneftegaz» Trust of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» have unique experience in subsoil exploration in various geological conditions.

The coherence and efficiency of the work is facilitated by the fact that Ashyrgylych Ashyrov, head of the Balkanabat Drilling Department, has extensive experience in well construction.

Starting from the move to a new drilling point, tractor and bulldozer drivers are first involved in the work, then a team of derrick assemblers, which involves a whole staff of welders.

They act according to planned instructions.

After the complete completion of the preparatory production cycle, the labour baton is passed on to the subsoil miners.

Among the leading ones in this regard is the team of Alexander Filinov, who began his career in 1983 as an assistant driller at exploration well №3 (Syrtlanly site).

In 2007, Alexander was already the head of the drilling rig.

From that moment on, his team successfully drilled 12 wells - production and exploration, most of them, after industrial development, gave an influx of valuable hydrocarbon raw materials.

In 2019, the team worked at the «Yashyldepe» field in Lebap velayat, then at well №91 (Erdekli site).

Today, subsoil miners are busy constructing production well №1302 at the Barsagelmes field, the design depth of the well is three thousand 800 meters.

The team consists of masters of their craft - an experienced driller of the sixth category, Myratguly Ishgulyyev, and a senior machinist, Nazdurdy Meretdurdyyev; together with others, they are applying maximum skills to now complete the next well on time.
