Heads of velayat administration, representatives of working groups, non-governmental organizations, mass media, the elders and youth took part in the meeting with candidate for the post of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of Mary Velayat Committee of the Agrarian Party Durdygylych Orazov.
Introducing the candidate nominated by the Agrarian Party, the official representative highlighted that D. Orazov, who was the Head of Dayhan Farmers’ Association of Sakargachy etrap, Mary Velayat, has recommended himself from positive side, having revealed organizational skills and responsible approach to work.
Speaking to the participants, the aspirant for the highest government position presented key theses of his election programme where number of utmost objectives of further development of the country are outlined.
Further development of rural areas, establishment of necessary infrastructure for high level of life of the population on sites were defined as strategy targets of social and economic progress of the state. As is known, the Agrarian Party, represented by the candidate and founded in accordance with the Law “On Political Parties”, focuses on development and reforms in agricultural complex.
D. Orazov assured that in case of his election as President of the country, he will undertake comprehensive work for successful realization of “National Programme of social and economic development of Turkmenistan in 2011 – 2030”. The velayats of the country will be industrially developed and at the same time, great attention will be paid to improvement of social and living conditions of the population.
