Large-scale works are being implemented in Balkan velayat as part of the national Program for the development of the country's oil and gas industry for the period up to 2030. Evidence of this is the intensive activity of the complex of oil refineries in Turkmenbashi of the State Concern "Turkmennebit". "Black gold" is actively processed here.

The products are in great demand among consumers, both in the domestic and foreign markets. Significant progress is being made in terms of expanding new production facilities, increasing export potential, including the production of environmentally friendly, competitive, high-quality products.

Intensive developments find a worthy solution in increasing the volume of various products obtained through industrial processing. As a result, the overall plan for oil supplies by the State Concern "Turkmennebit" was fulfilled by 100.4 percent. The plan for oil refining was fulfilled by 101.3 percent, diesel fuel - by 105.1 percent, natural gas production - by 109.4 percent and the plan for the export of "blue fuel" - by 114.3 percent.

Today, the engineers and technicians of the complex are adequately coping with current tasks and are making realistic plans for their fulfillment in the future.
