This year, farmer associations and farms of Lebap velayat planned to plant 450 hectares of garlic for future harvest, and they successfully accomplished this goal.

130 hectares of garlic were planted in Charjev etrap, 108 hectares in Sayat etrap, and 71 hectares in the Khojambaz etrap, it can be assured that these etraps will make a significant contribution to achieving the high goals set by the farmers. Today, important work has begun to care for the crops. 

In addition to garlic, planting of winter onion has been completed in the velayat on the planned 900 hectares, and care is being carried out in accordance with agricultural norms. It is worth noting that around 700 hectares of winter onions have been sown in the aforementioned Chardjev, Khojambaz, and Sayat etraps of the region, and proper care is being provided for this crop. This reinforces the confidence that farmers of these etraps will make a worthy contribution to the agricultural achievements of Lebap velayat.
