The production of construction materials in the northern part of the country has been established by the individual enterprise "Galkynan Ykbal," a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Currently, the enterprise produces several types of water-emulsion paint intended for both external and internal wall decoration, as well as tile adhesive. 

For this purpose, a private enterprise has built production facilities, stores, a warehouse for storing raw materials and finished products, and technical facilities on a land plot allocated by the state for long-term use with an area of more than one hectare.

A newly constructed facility, provided with the necessary specialized equipment, is capable of producing several hundred tons of environmentally safe, easily applicable, elastic, and durable paint and tile adhesive per year. 

It should be noted that the production of water-based paints and tile glue, taking into account their demand due to the growing volume of housing construction in the region, promises to become a profitable activity. 

In Dashoguz velayat, the number of private production facilities producing various types of construction materials is consistently increasing.

So, local entrepreneurs have established the production of large volumes of burnt bricks, including those intended for facing facades of buildings, plastic doors and windows, tile slabs, decorative cast metal products and others.
