Harvesting continues in Dashoguz velayat rice. So, in the specialized farm of the Saparmurat etrap Turkmenbashi by the farmers' association "27 Oktýabr", who’s the rice wedge is three thousand three hundred and fifty hectares, the harvest was collected from more than two thousand eight hundred hectares.

Harvesting work is also carried out at a high pace in the farmers' association "S.A.Nyýazow". Here, too, the rice is mowed with more than two thousand two hundred hectares.

Rice farmers of the velayat are taking all necessary measures these days, in order to complete the harvesting campaign within an acceptable deadline and harvest the grown crop without loss. On the fields a large number of high-performance combines of the John Deere and CLAAS brands, automobile equipment designed for transporting grain.

The basis of the current harvest consists of different high productivity, disease resistance and excellent taste qualities of rice varieties “Nöküs-2” and “Bereket”.

Dashoguz velayat, along with Lebap velayat, are the main producers of this valuable crop in the country.

Thanks to state-led modernization agricultural production, in the region consistently the yield of the grain growing industry, including rice growing, will melt.

As a result of the successful implementation of a set of measures, a full cycle of work, including production high-quality seed material, sowing, harvesting, storage and processing of agricultural products in close proximity to rice wedge.
