Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held a working meeting via a digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyev, who is in charge of the agro-industrial complex, and velayat khyakims. The meeting agenda included issues related to the progress of seasonal field campaigns and other relevant work in the regions of the country.

The floor was first given to Akhal Velayat Khyakim R. Hojagulyev, who reported on the state of affairs in the fields of the region.

As was reported, cotton is harvested without losses, the high-quality processing of crop ids under way at cotton ginning enterprises, and payments to tenants for the delivered seed cotton are made in a timely manner. Along with this, lands for next year’s cotton crop are plowed in the velayat.

Work is underway in the fields sown to wheat to care for the sprouts, while agricultural machinery is operated effectively.

The report included information on the state of affairs at various facilities being built under the National Rural Program, which are scheduled for commissioning this year.

Having heard the report, and focusing on the importance of the field work currently in progress, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to speed up the cotton harvest and ensure strict compliance with the agro-technical requirements when treating areas under wheat crop.

The head of state also ordered to keep under strict control the construction progress and quality of social and industrial facilities being built as part of the Program for Socio-Economic Development of the Country, and the timely commissioning of new buildings.

Then Balkan Velayat Khyakim H. Ashyrmyradov reported on the state of affairs in the region.

As was reported, these days the harvesting of the remaining cotton crop continues, the gathered seed cotton is processed at cotton ginning enterprises, and timely payments are made to farmers for the delivered crop. Along with this, land is plowed for next year’s cotton crop.

The necessary measures are taken to care for wheat sprouts, while agricultural machinery and equipment are operated effectively.

The report also covered the construction progress of objects for various purposes ongoing as part of the National Program for the transformation of social and living conditions of the population of villages, towns, etrap cities and etrap centers for the period up to 2028, to be commissioned the current year.

Summing up the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of the agricultural campaigns in progress these days and instructed the khyakim to keep under strict control the gathering cotton to the last boll and proper caring for wheat sprouts.

In addition, the head of state ordered to constantly oversee the construction quality of facilities, scheduled for commissioning this year under the National Rural Program.

The working meeting via a digital system was continued by a report from Dashoguz Velayat Khyakim S. Soltanmyradov on the progress of field work in the region.

As was reported, appropriate measures are taken to gather and uninterruptedly accept the cotton crop with its subsequent processing and storage at specialized enterprises, as well as for timely payments to farmers. At the same time, plowing of the areas continues in order to prepare the land for the upcoming sowing campaign.

Every effort is made to care for wheat sprouts according to schedule and agro-technical requirements.

Moreover, rice harvesting has entered its final stage.

The report included information on the construction dynamics of facilities scheduled for commissioning this year as part of the National Rural Program.

Summing up the report, and focusing on the importance of high-quality completion of seasonal field work, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to keep under constant control the cotton harvesting pace and compliance with agro-technical standards when caring for wheat sprouts.

Separate instructions applied to ensuring the construction quality of social and industrial facilities to be commissioned this year under the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022–2028.

Then Lebap Velayat Khyakim Sh. Amangeldiev reported on the state of affairs in the region.

The report included information that appropriate measures are taken in the region aimed at high-quality completion of work to gather the grown cotton crop, its storage and processing at cotton ginning enterprises, and timely payments to farmers for the delivered seed cotton. Lands are also plowed to prepare them for next year’s crop.

Along with this, wheat fields are treated in accordance with the agro-technical requirements.

The gathering and delivery of rice to the Homeland’s bin are coordinated and optimized.

The report also covered the construction pace of facilities scheduled for commissioning this year under the National Rural Program.

Having heard the report, and emphasizing the need for proper and organized completion of agricultural work, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to speed up the cotton harvesting, as well as take timely steps to ensure proper caring for wheat crops in accordance with the agro-technical schedule, as well as uninterrupted rice harvesting.

The head of state also instructed the governor of the region to keep under control the construction quality of social and industrial facilities to be commissioned the current year as part of the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country.

Then Mary Velayat Khyakim B. Orazov reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural work.

As was reported, appropriate measures are taken to gather cotton without loss, as well as ensure its transportation to collection points, proper storage and high-quality processing at specialized enterprises, and timely payments are made to farmers for the delivered seed cotton.

Along with this, the areas are plowed to prepare cotton fields for the 2024 crop.

Caring for wheat sprouts is carried out in accordance with agro-technical standards, while agricultural machinery and equipment are operated effectively.

The gathering of sugar beets continues in the velayat. The harvested crop is delivered to collection points and then to ginning enterprises for processing.

In addition, the khyakim reported on the construction progress of social and industrial facilities in the velayat ongoing under the National Rural Program and the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country, to be commissioned this year.

Having heard the report, and specifying that the main requirement of today is the high-quality completion of seasonal agricultural campaigns within the agro-technical terms, the head of state instructed the khyakim to keep under strict control the acceleration of work pace with regard to the cotton harvesting, treatment of wheat fields, as well as gathering the sugar beet crop.

In addition, the head of state ordered to oversee the construction quality of facilities for various purposes to be commissioned in the velayat the ongoing year as part the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyev, who supervises the agro-industrial complex, reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the regions of the country.

As was reported, the cotton harvesting is well underway in the velayats. The harvested crop is delivered to collection points, raw materials are properly stored and processed at cotton ginning enterprises, and timely payments are made to farmers for the delivered crop.

The caring for sprouts continues in wheat fields.

At the same time, rice harvesting is under way in the Dashoguz and Lebap Velayats, and sugar beets are gathered in the Mary Velayat.

Lands are plowed in the agricultural areas of the velayats in order to prepare them for sowing cotton for next year’s crop.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov highlighted that the main requirement of today is the high-quality completion of all seasonal field campaigns within the agro-technical terms, instructing the deputy prime minister to constantly keep control over the issues related to speeding up the cotton harvesting and caring for wheat fields.

Addressing the working meeting participants, and once again emphasizing the importance of the seasonal agricultural campaigns in progress these days, the head of state pointed out the need for a responsible approach to the successful fulfillment of the assigned duties, and gave specific instructions in this regard.

Concluding the working meeting via a digital system, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health and great success in their work for the prosperity of the sovereign Homeland and the people’s wellbeing.
